We all know that sun exposure and smoking are the 2 largest contributors to premature skin aging.

For years, scientists have conducted studies on twins – who are supposed to have the same genetic makeup, to provide evidence of this.

If a picture speaks a thousand words, this one should be screaming an entire volume at you.

Jeanne (left) and Susan (right) are identical twins, both aged 61 years old.
However, Susan has smoked for 16 years of her life, spends as much time as she could in the sun, and weighs 16 pounds less. Jeanne, on the other hand, avoided the sun and does not smoke.

Scientists studied their skins and found a 11 year age difference – Susan has pigmentory changes, deeper wrinkles and poorer skin elasticity.

Can you imagine looking an entire decade younger?

Its time to throw away those cigarettes and slap on the sunblock!
